The Sure Stop system combines the proven technology of Mustang Dyno, Inc. with Safe-Trucks, Inc. proven software that integrates testing of your vehicle’s service brake, parking brake, ABS system and electronic components into a single test stand.

Sure Stop provides a reliable, effective and objective method for your Fleet maintenance personnel to verify the total and complete operation
of the vehicle’s brake system.

Testing of the vehicle’s components takes less than 10 minutes. The Sure Stop System measures not only the braking capability on each wheel, but provides information necessary to balance the braking forces between wheels resulting in longer brake life.

The MD-13K-BT heavy duty brake tester is designed to measure the braking force of the individual sides of the axles of heavy duty vehicles. Measurements are fully automated and test results are passed to the system computer for pass / fail analysis. The integrated pop-up safety bars, or wheel locks, will not allow activation while rolls are in motion and as a safety precaution, will shut down the brake test if a vehicle rides out of the brake tester.
